“Kuwait Today” publishes citizenship withdrawal and revocation for 9,464 individuals
The Al-Kuwait Al-Youm newspaper published two decrees announcing the withdrawal and revocation of citizenship, and citizenship certificates of 9,464 individuals.
The first decree, No. 24 of 2025, ordered the withdrawal of citizenship from 5,694 women and individuals who had acquired it through dependency.
The second decree, No. 26 of 2025, ordered the revocation of citizenship for 38 individuals, while the third decree, No. 27 of 2025, revoked the citizenship of three more people.
The fourth decree, No. 28 of 2025, ordered the withdrawal of citizenship from 3,724 women and individuals who had acquired it through dependency.
In addition, Al-Kuwait Al-Youm published two decisions, No. 54 of 2025 and No. 80 of 2025, ordering the withdrawal of citizenship certificates from four men and one woman.
