Kuwait to witness scorching daytime temperatures this weekend

While maximum temperatures are expected to be between 47 and 49 degrees Celsius, minimum temperatures are will range between 32 and 35 degrees Celsius.

The weather on Friday will be very hot with moderate to strong northwest winds, ranging from 20 to 60 kilometers per hour, and dusty conditions.

The expected maximum temperatures on Friday will be between 46 and 48 degrees Celsius, with the sea having light to moderate waves, ranging from two to six feet.

 

The weekend weather will be very hot during the day and still warm at night, as the country experiences the effects of the Indian seasonal depression, according to the Meteorological Department. This will bring a very hot air mass and light to moderate northwest winds, which are expected to increase tomorrow and the following day, Al Jarida newspaper reported.

Dr. Hassan Dashti, Acting Director of the Department, informed KUNA that tonight’s weather will be very hot with northwest winds, variable and light to moderate, ranging from eight to 38 kilometers per hour.

The expected minimum temperatures will be between 33 and 35 degrees Celsius, with the sea having light to moderate waves, ranging from two to sixfeet.

Al-Dashti also mentioned that the weather on Saturday will be very hot, with moderate to strong northwest winds, ranging from 20 to 55 kilometers per hour, and dusty conditions. The expected maximum temperatures will be between 46 and 48 degrees Celsius, with the sea having light to moderate waves, ranging from two to sixfeet.

He pointed out that Saturday night’s weather will be hot to very hot with light to moderate northwest winds, occasionally strong in coastal areas, ranging from 10 to 40 kilometers per hour. The expected minimum temperature will be between 34 and 36 degrees Celsius, and the sea will have light to moderate waves, ranging from two to six feet.
