Kuwait to witness a chance of scattered rain, thunderstorms

The Meteorological Department expected hot and relatively humid weather to prevail over the coastal areas today, with partly cloudy to cloudy skies and light to moderate southeasterly to southerly winds. These winds will be active at intervals of 15-45 kilometer per hour, with a chance of scattered rain that could become thundery later on, along with a chance for dust.
The department indicated that tonight’s weather will be moderate and relatively humid, particularly in coastal areas, with a mix of cloudy to partly cloudy skies. Expect light to moderate southeasterly to variable winds, occasionally active at speeds of 08-40 kilometer per hour, with a chance of scattered rain, possibly accompanied by thunderstorms.
The department also forecasts a maximum temperature of 36 degrees at Kuwait International Airport.
