Kuwait to enhance skills of state leaders in etiquette and protocol

The government’s program aims to improve the knowledge and skills of state leaders in international etiquette and protocol to strengthen their presence at both international and local forums.

Participants will learn key elements of successful presentations and communication, including personal communication types, listening skills, and impromptu speaking.

Leaders will learn to prepare and deliver effective presentations, using appropriate aids and practical speech techniques.

 

The government plans to enhance the skills of state leaders in Etiquette and International Protocol to strengthen their presence at both international and local forums, according to Q8-Press.

The Civil Service Bureau confirmed that it will launch a training program on ‘Etiquette, Protocol, and Official Speeches in Internal and External Forums for individuals in leadership positions within government agencies.”

The program aims to enhance their knowledge and skills in line with international etiquette and protocol rules. It will focus on developing their capabilities to present themselves effectively, using modern methods to improve elocution, rhetoric, and presentation skills. The goal is to boost their performance, build confidence, and enable them to speak proficiently at both local and international forums.

Participants in the program will learn about the key elements of successful presentations and effective communication. They will understand the types and dimensions of personal communication, practice them efficiently, and develop skills in listening and impromptu speaking.

Additionally, participants will be introduced to recent scientific practices in applying protocol rules and enhancing subjective etiquette capabilities.

According to the program description, leaders will learn to prepare thoroughly and coordinate their presentations before delivery, and to present effectively in the exhibition hall using appropriate aids. They will also receive training on practical steps for preparing and delivering speeches, self-evaluating their performance, identifying common international mistakes in elocution, and understanding different listener types. Additionally, the program will cover strategies for handling difficult or unexpected questions and situations.
