Kuwait PM visits Civil Aviation, reviews emergency readiness

His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah conducted an on-site inspection of the Public Authority for Civil Aviation (DGCA) headquarters on Tuesday to review emergency readiness and strategic contingency protocols.

Accompanied by the authority’s Chairman Humoud Mubarak Al-Humoud Al-Sabah, the Premier toured emergency shelters, where he was briefed on operational frameworks, logistical capabilities, and safety preparations to maintain business continuity during
crises.

His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah also held a meeting with the authority’s chairman and staff, along with Kuwait International Airport’s senior officials on technical and operational preparations, approved emergency plans and precautionary measures for dealing with all scenarios.

His Highness the Premier also inspected the recently attacked fuel depots at the Kuwait International Airport. Concluding his visit, His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah expressed appreciation and thanks to national cadres and teams operating at the authority and different bodies at the Kuwait International Airport for their sincere efforts and hard work to serve the nation. – KUNA
