Kuwait Petroleum Corporation to disburse up to 3.5-month bonuses
The incentive bonuses to workers and employees, excluding managers, will be based on basic salary and benefit about 12,000 workers, or 60% of the KPC workforce.
Oil sources have confirmed that the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) and its subsidiaries are set to disburse incentive bonuses to workers and employees, excluding managers and those at their level on Tuesday, June 25th, as reported by Al Rai newspaper. This bonus, for the fiscal year 2023/2024, will be up to a maximum of 3.5 months’ salary.
The sources explained that the bonus is calculated based on the basic salary, with the number of beneficiaries reaching about 60 percent of the workforce in Kuwait Petroleum Corporation and its subsidiaries, estimating the number of beneficiaries at about 12,000 workers.
