Kuwait orders deportation of six private medical clinic employees

As part of an intensified joint inspection campaign, the Public Authority for Manpower, in coordination with the Residence Affairs Investigations Department and the Ministry of Health, carried out a surprise raid on a private medical clinic in Salmiya.
The inspection revealed serious violations, including the possession of unlicensed, smuggled medications of unknown origin and improper storage practices that failed to meet approved health standards.
During the raid, six clinic staff members were referred to the competent authorities for legal proceedings, and administrative deportation orders were immediately issued against the violators, pending completion of the necessary legal measures, reports Al-Rai daily.
The Authority clarified that this campaign was launched under the directives of First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef, as part of broader efforts to strengthen regulatory oversight of the labor market and healthcare sector.
Authorities affirmed their commitment to continuing these joint operations in collaboration with the Ministry of Health’s Medical Licensing and Drug Inspection Departments to ensure full compliance with laws and regulations, safeguard public health and safety, and prevent any threats to public order.
