Kuwait National Guard gears up to ‘soak the storm’ with 2025 Fazza Plan
Major General Riyadh Tawari, Assistant for Financial Affairs and Resources Management at the Kuwait National Guard, conducted an inspection visit to the Fire Department at Tahrir Camp to oversee final preparations for the implementation of the 2025 Fazza Rain Plan, designed to address challenges during the upcoming rainy season.
The visit took place in the presence of a delegation from the General Directorate of Civil Defense.
During the inspection, Major General Tawari received a detailed briefing on the plan’s operational components, which include specialized teams trained to use designated equipment for managing water accumulation, rescuing stranded individuals, and ensuring smooth traffic flow during heavy rainfall.
