Kuwait Municipality’s Director General resigns officially
• M. Saud Al-Dabbous, the Director General of Kuwait Municipality resigned officially from his position.
The Director General of Kuwait Municipality, M. Saud Al-Dabbous officially submitted his resignation to the Minister of State for Municipal Affairs, Abdul Latif Al-Mashari.
Al-Dabous requested to be relieved from his position while on vacation, marking a significant change in the Municipality’s leadership.
On the other hand, the Deputy Director-General and Deputy Director-General for Organizational Affairs, M. Manal Al-Assour, has been assigned asthe General Manager of Kuwait Municipality.
It is noteworthy that Al-Dabous stepped down from his role as Director General of Kuwait Municipality before completing his appointment term. Initially serving as Director of the Municipality of Al-Ahmadi Governorate, Al-Dabous was promoted to Deputy Director General for Al-Ahmadi and Hawalli Governorates Affairs in August 2023, and subsequently appointed as Director General of the Municipality in November 2023.
