Kuwait mourns investment stalwart Ghanem Al-Ghenaiman
The former Managing Director of the Kuwait Investment Authority has passed away, leaving a legacy of distinguished service and steadfast dedication to Kuwait’s economic progress.
Kuwait has lost one of its most dedicated figures with the passing of Ghanem Suleiman Al-Ghenaiman, former Managing Director of the Kuwait Investment Authority, following a distinguished career in public service, reported Arabic daily Al Rai.
Throughout his career, the late Al-Ghenaiman served on numerous specialized committees, including the Investment Committee of the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development, the Investment Committee of the Board of Directors, and the Investment Committee of the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences, in addition to several international investment bodies.
In 2021, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Investment Authority and was subsequently chosen by the board to lead the organization as its Managing Director.
