The Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA) announced the opening of a representative office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, signifying a strategic move to strengthen economic and investment ties between the two Gulf nations.

According to reports by Al-Jarida newspaper, Dr. Anwar Al-Mudhaf, Kuwaiti Minister of Finance, Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment, and Chairman of the KIA Board of Directors, made the announcement.

This initiative underscores a commitment to fostering closer relations between Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, particularly in the realms of economy and investment. Dr. Al-Mudhaf acknowledged the remarkable economic development and growth trajectory of Saudi Arabia, which has developed an immaculate investment environment attracting global interest.
