Kuwait Interior Ministry cracks down on residency violators
The Interior Ministry launched on Monday’s dawn a campaign to crackdown on residency violators in all governorates. Violators were given a grace period between March 14 and June 30 to adjust their residency status.
The Interior Ministry announced previously that violators could adjust their status by paying a fine according to rules and regulations.
Under the directives of First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior, and Minister of Defense Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah, Interior Undersecretary Lieutenant-General Sheikh Salem Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah led the campaign. (KUNA)
