Kuwait Health Ministry: 19 New Cases Recorded, Majority Stable

The Ministry of Health announced on Monday that 19 new cases were received at Al-Jahra Hospital and Al-Adan Hospital, with most of the cases reported to be in stable condition.

Official spokesperson Dr Abdullah Al-Sanad stated that the ministry continues to implement its operational and precautionary plans to ensure uninterrupted healthcare services and safeguard public health.

He added that outpatient clinics at health facilities have resumed operations, while the dispensing of medications at hospitals and health centers is continuing as per scheduled appointments. Non-emergency elective surgeries have also resumed at specialized medical centers, and non-urgent procedures at public hospitals are being rescheduled, with patients being contacted directly.

Dr. Sanad emphasized the importance of visiting primary healthcare centers (dispensaries) for non-emergency cases to maintain smooth service flow at hospitals and allow emergency departments to focus on critical cases.
