Kuwait Fire Force launches bold campaign for community safety

The ‘Prevention and Protection’ campaign aims to enhance awareness about safety protocols to prevent fires and accidents in various settings such as homes, workplaces, commercial and tourist establishments, farms, rest houses, chalets, and coastal areas
Major General Khaled Abdullah Fahad, Chief of the Kuwait Fire Force, instructed the Public Relations and Media Department to plan and execute a campaign titled ‘Prevention and Protection.’
This campaign, set to commence at the start of the summer season, aims to enhance awareness about safety protocols to prevent fires and accidents in various settings such as homes, workplaces, commercial and tourist establishments, farms, rest houses, chalets, and coastal areas.
The campaign will be conducted in close collaboration with military and governmental entities, public service organizations, and associations. Its primary focus will be on emphasizing the collective societal responsibility in accident prevention, safeguarding lives and property, and ensuring community safety.
The campaign will feature a comprehensive coverage and awareness program that keeps pace with technological advancements, reaching citizens and residents of all age groups through various electronic channels and platforms.
Brigadier General Muhammad Badr Ibrahim, Director of the Public Relations and Media Department, confirmed that the campaign is part of the force’s strategic document to educate citizens and residents about fire dangers and prevention methods.
The campaign employs scientific and practical approaches in disseminating its activities to be more contemporary and align with digital advancements, ensuring outreach to all audiences in multiple languages. Its goal is to enhance society’s preventive awareness.
