Kuwait Fire Force conducts drug tests for senior officers

The Kuwait Fire Force Command carried out a drug and psychotropic substance detection test on all commanders, senior officers, and directors on Saturday, led by KFF Chief Major General Talal Al-Roumi.

The exercise is described as “an immediate practical application of Law No. 159 of 2025 on combating drugs and psychotropic substances.”

The command stated that such tests are part of periodic and continuous measures implemented across the force, covering promotion courses, supervisory appointments, investigations, and random testing of both officers and non-commissioned personnel.

These procedures aim to ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain the integrity and operational readiness of the Fire Force.
