Kuwait braces for zero degrees Celsius, minus 1 end of December

Meteorologist Fahd Al-Otaibi predicted that the country will witness a drop in minimum temperatures to zero degrees Celsius and may reach -1 degrees Celsius at the end of this month, calling on livestock owners and farm owners to take the necessary precautions, noting that the chances of frost formation are possible in desert areas.
For his part, meteorologist Issa Ramadan confirmed that cloud cover would continue to increase at daytime on Sunday, with a slight chance of scattered rain in some areas, and predicted a relative rise in daytime temperatures, reports Al-Qabas daily.
He added that the winds will turn northwesterly starting Monday and Tuesday, where they will be moderate to brisk, accompanied by a noticeable drop in temperatures during the New Year holiday.
