Kuwait braces for intense dusty winds, thunderstorms

Kuwait is experiencing unstable weather with medium to thunderstorms in certain regions.

The Meteorological Department has issued a warning today regarding the possibility of southeasterly winds shifting to northwesterly, reaching speeds of over 65 kilometers per hour. This may cause dust storms reducing horizontal visibility to less than 1000 meters in some areas, and result in waves exceeding seven feet in height at sea. There is also a chance of scattered thunderstorms with rainfall.
