Kuwait arrests person owning Cheetah

In implementation of the Environmental Protection Law and in coordination with the Ministry of Interior
A person was arrested after possessing an animal listed under CITES – (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Fauna and Flora – Cheetah- and accordingly, a violation arrest report was issued in accordance with Article 101 of the Environmental Protection Law No. 42 of 2014 and its amendments, and the animal listed in the agreement was confiscated. Noting citizens and residents of the necessity of adhering to the law.
