Kuwait Army opens volunteer registration for air defense, officer cadet programs

The Administration and Human Resources Authority of the General Staff of Kuwaiti Army is receiving opening of applications for volunteer military service in the Air Defense Forces.

Candidates with post-secondary diplomas, high school diplomas, or equivalent qualifications are encouraged to apply via the Ministry of Defense’s Volunteer Recruitment Branch website.

Meanwhile, in a separate development, Deputy Chief of Staff Major General Pilot Sabah Al-Jaber convened a meeting with Major General Engineer Saud Abdullah Al-Dhafiri, Commander of the Signal Corps, and Major General Dr. Walid Mandani Malallah, Head of the Medical Services Authority. The high-level meeting was held at Jaber Al-Ahmad Armed Forces Hospital.

The discussions focused on accelerating digital transformation across all Medical Services Authority facilities. The Deputy Chief of Staff issued directives for the swift adoption of advanced digital systems and applications to enhance healthcare services provided to Ministry of Defense personnel.

This initiative aims to boost operational efficiency, improve service delivery, and ensure the wellbeing of military staff through modernized, technology-driven medical care.

The meeting included participation from officers of the Signal Corps and the Medical Services Authority, underlining a united effort to modernize the armed forces’ healthcare infrastructure.
