Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef, Kuwait’s First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Minister of Interior, met with Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of the UAE, to discuss strengthening cooperation between the two nations, particularly in security and police matters, the Al Jarida newspaper reported.
The Emirates News Agency (WAM) reported that this occurred during Minister Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef’smeeting with Sheikh Saif bin Zayed at the UAE Ministry of Interior headquarters in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday. The discussion also covered various topics of mutual interest.
WAM added that the UAE minister accompanied Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef during a visit to the General Directorate of Happiness at the Ministry of Interior. There, they reviewed the smart services provided to the community, the governance and evaluation processes through the specialized operations room, and the methods for delivering services to customers in accordance with the highest international standards and practices.
