Kuwait Amir visits King’s Foundation at Dumfries House in Scotland

His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal AlAhmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah visited Wednesday the King’s Foundation at Dumfries House in Ayrshire County in Scotland.
