Kuwait Airways flight delayed due to onboard brawl, passengers face charges

A Kuwait Airways flight from Bangkok was delayed yesterday due to a physical altercation between passengers. The incident resulted in the arrest of several women, who are now facing charges related to violence and assault on board the aircraft.

According to Kuwait Airways, the altercation occurred on flight KU414, which was en route from Bangkok to Kuwait. The incident escalated to the point where two of the passengers resisted the flight police, prompting the pilot to make the decision to return to Bangkok International Airport out of concern for the safety of the aircraft and its passengers.

Upon the flight’s return to Bangkok, the involved passengers were detained and questioned by the Public Prosecution. Two of the women were then referred to the General Department of Criminal Evidence for further examination. The investigation is ongoing.

Kuwait Airways issued a statement condemning the incident and emphasizing its commitment to taking all necessary legal measures against the offenders. The airline stressed the importance of passengers adhering to safety regulations and adhering to the company’s policies and international aviation laws.

Kuwait Airways expressed its gratitude to the remaining passengers for their patience and cooperation during this incident.
