Kuwait Airways elevates service with exciting new passenger menu

In its ongoing commitment to enhancing customer service, Kuwait Airways has introduced a special menu of meals for passengers, according to Al Qabas newspaper.

Kuwait Airways, in cooperation with Kuwait Aviation Services Company (KASCO), organized a presentation on the new menus to be launched soon. The event was attended by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kuwait Airways, Captain Abdul Mohsen Salem Al-Faqan; the CEO, Captain Ahmed Mohammed Al-Kreibani; the Chairman of the Board of Directors of KASCO, Mohammed Mana’ Al-Enezi; and several company officials.

The attendees reviewed the new menu, which features a variety of delicious and innovative foods for passengers. It includes diverse options designed to satisfy all tastes, incorporating the latest international, regional, and traditional local cuisines available on board.

On the sidelines of the presentation, Al-Faqan emphasized that Kuwait Airways is committed to offering its valued passengers a diverse range of menu options across all classes, including Royal, First, Business, and Economy. He highlighted that the airline continues to update its menus to meet the needs and preferences of its customers, regardless of their segment.

Al-Faqan stated, “The new menus will mark a significant improvement, and we are confident they will be well-received by our passengers. We are introducing noticeable enhancements that align with the latest advancements in global airline services. We also recognize the expertise of the Kuwaiti youth at Kuwait Aviation Services Company (KASCO) in developing these menus and are proud to involve them in this crucial aspect of aviation services.”
