KU student earns 2nd place in cultural, scientific competition
Moaz Al-Fadhli, a student at the College of Education at Kuwait University, achieved second place in the ninth cultural and scientific week competition for universities and higher education institutions in the Gulf Cooperation Council held in Qatar.
The theme of the competition was “Towards a Promising Gulf Knowledge Economy.” Al-Fadhli participated in a research competition in the cultural and social field with his research titled “Obstacles to prepare and implement the educational plan in educating students with disabilities from the point of view of a sample of special education teachers in the Arab Gulf countries and the solutions proposed for them.”
The research was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Ohood Nasser Al-Hajri from the College of Education.
Additionally, several students from Kuwait University participated in various competitions during the event, including Abdulaziz Al-Otaibi, Abdullah Al-Anzi, Barak Al-Omran, Saad Al-Mikhil, Ali Al-Kandari, Abdul-Wahab Al-Obaid, and Ayed Abdul-Hadi. Their participation spanned competitions in areas such as the Holy Quran, the Noble Hadith, poetry, photography, and artificial intelligence.
