KU, Abdullah Al-Salem University switch to distance learning tomorrow for safety reasons

In response to the current circumstances in the country, Kuwait University announced that all classes will be conducted online tomorrow, Sunday, and in-person attendance will be suspended.
The university cited national responsibility and concern for the safety of students and all educational staff as the reason for the decision.
Officials confirmed that the situation is being closely monitored in coordination with the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and other relevant authorities, with all measures aimed at ensuring the safety of everyone while maintaining continuity in the educational process, reports Al-Rai daily.
Similarly, Abdullah Al-Salem University confirmed that it will also implement distance learning tomorrow, suspending on-campus attendance for the same reasons.
Both universities emphasized that any further updates or procedural decisions will be communicated exclusively through their official channels and websites.
Students and staff were urged to rely only on official sources for accurate information and to avoid rumors or unverified news.
