‘KTMCC Talent Test 2025’ to be held on 4th September.

Kuwait Town Malayalee Christian Congregation (KTMCC) is conducting the Talent Test 2025 on Thursday 4th September 2025. More than 35 Churches from the congregations of Mar Thoma, CSI, Evangelical, Brethren, Pentacostal churches, from both, NECK and Ahmadi St. Pauls, will take part in the Talent Test.

The test showcases different competitions which will start at the NECK premises from 8:00 am. Around 500 contestants from over 35 churches are gearing up for the grand event.

The various events of the Talent Test are Solo Song, Group Song, Elocution, Short Story, Instrumental Music, Essay Writing, Quiz, Drawing and Photography.

A video News Bulletin Contest, based on the day of the program will also be there. The categories of the program have been divided into three, on the basis of age. The program will also be telecasted live on the Harvest Television.

The formal inauguration of this year’s Talent Test will begin with a Deepa Shikha Rally organized under the leadership of the KTMCC Sunday School. Led by over 70 Sunday School students, the rally will commence from the KTMCC office, proceed through various corners of NECK, and conclude at the main stage arranged in front of the Church and Parish Hall.

The program will be inaugurated by Rev. Emmanuel Ghareeb, Chairman of NECK. The closing ceremony, which will begin at 1.00 pm will be inaugurated by Most Rev. Dr. Thomas Abraham Thirumeni, Presiding Bishop of the St. Thomas Evangelical Church of India.

Along with distinguished guests, spiritual leaders from various denominations and social-cultural leaders will also participate. Prizes will be awarded to the winners.

For the success of the Talent Test, a 100-member committee is actively working under the leadership of Shijo Thomas (General Convener), Shibu V. Sam (Program Coordinator), Varghese Mathew (President), Ajosh Mathew (Secretary), Tijo C. Sunny (Treasurer), Roy K. Yohannan (NECK Secretary), Saju Vazhayil Thomas, Deepak Philip Thomas, Reju Daniel John, and Gino Areekal.
