KPA opens door to consultancy firm to upgrade oversight and audit systems
Deadline for submitting bids is July 30, 2026; a preliminary meeting with interested companies is scheduled for Thursday, July 16.

The Kuwait Ports Authority (KPA) has announced a tender to appoint a specialized and accredited consulting firm to develop and enhance the management structure of its Inspection and Audit Office.
The authority said the consultancy project aims to prepare a comprehensive development study focused on improving the office’s operations, strengthening audit procedures, and upgrading management practices in line with international standards.
Specialized companies have been invited to submit bids in accordance with the technical requirements, conditions and specifications outlined in the tender documents.
According to the official gazette Kuwait Alyawm, the deadline for submitting bids has been set for July 30, 2026, while a preliminary meeting with interested companies is scheduled for Thursday, July 16.
The Kuwait Ports Authority noted that the tender is indivisible and will cover the full scope of consultancy services required for the development project.
The initiative forms part of the authority’s ongoing efforts to improve institutional efficiency, enhance governance frameworks and strengthen oversight mechanisms across its operations.
