The Kuwait Oil Tanker Company (KOTC) has floated a limited tender for the renovation of its crisis room and the upgrading of its smart command center.
The company said the tender will be carried out in accordance with the terms and specifications set out in the tender’s purchase and service request documents. KOTC has also published its 2026 tender listings on its official procurement platform.
