King of Bahrain reaffirms deep fraternal ties with Kuwait

. . . praises Kuwait’s Amir for strengthening these relations across all sectors

Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa affirmed on Sunday the depth of the historical and fraternal relations linking the Kingdom of Bahrain and State of Kuwait, stressing that these ties continue to grow stronger and more distinguished amid a shared commitment to further enhance and consolidate them.

According to the Bahrain News Agency (BNA), the remarks were made during the King’s reception of Kuwait’s Minister of Information and Culture and Minister of State for Youth Affairs, Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi, on the occasion of his official visit to the Kingdom.

King Hamad praised the close cooperation and joint action between the two countries, noting the steady progress and development witnessed in bilateral relations, particularly in the media, cultural and youth sectors.

He also commended the prominent role played by His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, in supporting and strengthening Bahraini-Kuwaiti relations across all fields.

For his part, Minister Al-Mutairi conveyed to the King the greetings and appreciation of His Highness the Amir, along with his best wishes for continued progress and prosperity for the people of Bahrain.

The minister expressed his sincere thanks and gratitude for the warm welcome and generous hospitality, affirming his pride in the Bahraini monarch’s role and efforts in consolidating the distinguished fraternal relations and strengthening the deep-rooted bonds between the two brotherly peoples.
