KFF identifies key locations for home smoke detectors

The Kuwait Fire Force has outlined optimal locations for installing smoke detectors inside homes to ensure early fire detection and reduce potential losses.

In an awareness message posted on the “X” platform, the KFF advised placing smoke detectors in bedrooms, hallways, lounges, living rooms, and basements, reports Al-Anba daily.

The Fire Force emphasized that smoke detectors play a crucial role in identifying fires at their earliest stages, enabling quick alerts and faster emergency responses, warning that fires typically begin small but can rapidly grow and spread if not detected and addressed immediately.
