KFAED reaffirms global support for combating diseases, epidemics

The Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) reaffirmed its commitment to supporting global efforts to combat diseases and epidemics, particularly in developing nations and Africa, as part of Kuwait’s vision to promote cooperation, development, and decent living worldwide.

Speaking on the sidelines of World Mosquito Day, the Fund highlighted its contributions to health institutions and organizations, aimed at boosting countries’ capacities to fight diseases, reduce poverty, and strengthen investment in the health sector.

The event, held at Mubarak Al-Kabeer Hospital, also featured awareness campaigns led by the Ministry of Health to educate the public on mosquito-borne diseases and preventive measures.
