Justice Ministry unveils 4 new ‘execution’ services on ‘Sahel’
The Minister of Justice, Counselor Nasser Al-Sumait, announced the launch of 4 new services for the General Department of Enforcement, through the “Sahel” application, which is the unified government platform for all electronic services.
The services provided include 4 types of certificates, which are as follows:
- Certificate of Deposit of Rent
- Certificate of Non-Deposit of Rent
- Leasehold Key Deposit Certificate
- Certificate of Non-deposit of the key to the rented property
These 4 services will allow owners and tenants to obtain certificates indicating whether rent or the key to the rented property has been deposited.
Furthermore, after paying the certificate fee, users can immediately download the certificate via the “Sahel” application to present it to the concerned parties.
Its important to note that these certificates are part of the “Certificate Services” offered by the General Administration of Civil Enforcement, provided by the Ministry of Justice through the “Sahel” application.
Al-Sumait stressed that the Ministry of Justice is continuing to intensify its efforts toward digital transformation and enhancing its role in launching services through the “Sahel” application to better facilitate processes and make them seamless for the benefit of people.
