Justice Ministry overhaul aims to boost efficiency, modernize legal services

Minister of Justice Nasser Al-Sumait has issued a series of decisions to restructure the institution and increase the efficiency of the administrative framework to align with the upcoming phase of development.
In a press statement, the Ministry stated 39 employees who had completed 30 years of service have been referred to retirement, calling the decision part of a broader strategy to modernize and streamline operations within the ministry.
This is in addition to terminating the assignments of all current assistant undersecretaries, who will return their positions in their respective sectors, reports Al-Rai daily.
Meanwhile, Awatef Al-Sand and Nouf Al-Qabandi have been appointed as new Assistant Undersecretaries. Al-Sand will also assume the responsibilities of Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice.
These structural reforms mark a significant step in preparing the ministry for future challenges and underline its commitment to improving public service and enhancing legal infrastructure.
