Justice Minister visits PAMA, urges continued institutional development

Minister of Justice Nasser Al-Sumait toured key departments at the Public Authority for Minors Affairs, reviewing operations and systems designed to improve service delivery.

The minister commended the Authority’s performance and stressed the importance of adopting practices that boost efficiency and meet the expectations of those under the Authority’s care, reports Al-Rai daily.

Officials presented updates on technical and administrative systems aimed at streamlining transactions and improving client experience.

The minister, who was accompanied on the tour by Acting Director-General Eng. Dalal Al-Nouri and senior officials, assessed frontline services for minors and dependents.
