Jahra Nature Reserve to welcome visitors next November

The Environment Public Authority announced that the Jahra Nature Reserve will officially open its doors to visitors next November.

Established in 1987, the reserve is one of Kuwait’s earliest nature reserves and has undergone years of environmental rehabilitation. It features freshwater ponds, surrounded by a variety of plants, and is home to diverse wildlife, including numerous bird species.

The opening aims to provide residents and visitors with the opportunity to explore Kuwait’s rich natural heritage and enjoy the reserve’s unique biodiversity.
