Jahra Municipality removes 7 street vendor carts from Al-Abdali during campaign

A field campaign carried out by the Public Hygiene and Road Occupancy Department at the Jahra Governorate branch of Kuwait Municipality resulted in the removal of seven mobile street vendor carts in the Al-Abdali area.

he Municipality’s Public Relations Department said the action forms part of ongoing inspection tours targeting various areas within the governorate to address violations and regulate public spaces, reports Al-Rai daily.

Nawaf Al-Mutairi, Director of the Public Hygiene and Road Occupancy Department in Jahra, stated that the campaign followed monitoring of street activities in Al-Abdali.

He stressed that such operations are aimed at curbing unauthorized street vending and that inspection campaigns will continue across the governorate.
