Jahra municipality issues 21 land encroachment warnings

• The Kuwait Municipality stressed that any violations and infringements will not be tolerated, will be removed by the supervisory teams, and that all legal measures will be taken against violators.

The supervisory team in the Jahra Governorate Municipality issued 21 warnings for encroachments on state lands and overgrazing at military sites in the Al-Adir’a area of Al-Salmi, reported Al Rai newspaper.

Engineer Abdullah Al-Dehani, the head of the violations removal department in the Jahra Municipality, confirmed that the removal campaign will continue, with warnings being issued with a specific period before removal.

The teams from the violations removal departments in the Kuwait Municipality, in cooperation with the Public Cleanliness and Road Works Department, the Ministries of Defense and Interior, and the Environment Agency, continue their field campaigns to remove encroachments on state property.

The Kuwait Municipality emphasized the need to cooperate with field teams in all governorates to enforce municipal law, regulations, and systems. They stressed that any violations and infringements will not be tolerated, will be removed by the supervisory teams, and that all legal measures will be taken against violators.
