The retrospective exhibition A JOURNEY, honoring renowned Kuwaiti artist Jafar Islah, has become a standout artistic event this season. Held at the Contemporary Art Platform (CAP) Kuwait, the exhibition, which opened on February 4, showcases Islah’s six-decade artistic journey and has captivated audiences.
The exhibition has drawn a diverse crowd, including art enthusiasts, school students, and university groups. Notably, architecture students from Kuwait University had the rare opportunity to interact with the artist during guided tours, gaining valuable insights into his creative process and artistic philosophy.
The exhibition has also been honored by visits from several distinguished guests, including His Excellency Sheikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, President of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, and His Excellency Bader Mohammed Al-Saad, Director General and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development (AFESD).

During Ramadan, CAP Kuwait will operate from Saturday to Thursday, with visiting hours from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
