Israel approves airdrops of humanitarian aid into Gaza, starting today

The Israeli army radio announced that, beginning today (Friday), the Israeli government will allow foreign countries — including Arab nations — to airdrop humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip.

According to Israeli media, this decision comes with high-level political approval.

Jordan and the United Arab Emirates are reportedly the first two countries to initiate the airdrop missions, as confirmed by an Israeli security source cited by Al Arabiya.net.
