First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef conducted an inspection tour of the Public Authority for Manpower, where he was received by the PAM’s Director General, Eng. Rabab Al-Osaimi, in a visit reflecting the government’s commitment to strengthening public sector performance through direct engagement with national talent.

During the tour, Sheikh Fahad met the Authority’s employees, engaged in open dialogue with staff members, listened to their views, proposals and job-related needs.

The discussions focused on ways to improve the work environment, enhance operational efficiency and elevate the quality of services delivered to the public.

Sheikh Fahad stressed the importance of direct communication with national cadres, noting that employees form the cornerstone of any successful institution.

He emphasized that institutional development and administrative reform begin with empowering the human element, creating a supportive and motivating workplace, and ensuring that staff voices are heard and valued.

“The employee is the foundation upon which institutional success is built,” Sheikh Fahad affirmed, highlighting that sustainable progress can only be achieved by investing in human capital and fostering a positive professional culture that encourages initiative, creativity and accountability.

He urged the Authority’s workforce to continue their dedicated efforts, calling on them to intensify their performance with a spirit of teamwork and collective responsibility.
