Indian Learners’ Own Academy hosted spectacular KG graduation ceremony

The Kindergarten Graduation Ceremony of Indian Learners’ Own Academy (ILOA) for the academic year 2024-25 was a vibrant and joyous celebration, filled with enthusiasm and heartfelt moments.
The event marked a significant milestone for the young UKG graduates, honouring their achievements and growth as they prepared to embark on the next phase of their academic journey.
The ceremony began with a heartfelt welcome speech, followed by the recitation of the Holy Quran, setting a serene and blessed tone for the event. The Kuwait National Anthem and the Indian National Anthem were then played, fostering a sense of pride and unity among students, parents, and faculty members.
A traditional lamp-lighting ceremony was conducted, symbolizing the illumination of knowledge and wisdom. This auspicious moment was graced by dignitaries, along with the school’s Principal and Chairman, who participated in the ritual.
The atmosphere was further elevated by a captivating Peacock Dance performed by the UKG students. Adorned in beautifully designed costumes, the young dancers mesmerized the audience with their graceful movements and vibrant expressions.
The School Principal, Mrs. Asha Sharma, warmly welcomed the esteemed Chief Guest, Dr. Geetika Ahuja, Principal of Aspire International School, along with the Guests of Honor, Captain D.N. Pushkarna and Mrs. Himani Pushkarna. In her address, she emphasized the significance of early childhood education and highlighted the school’s dedicated efforts in fostering the growth and development of young minds.
The event proceeded with the much-anticipated prize distribution ceremony, where the top achievers and all-rounders of LKG and UKG for the academic year 2023-24 were recognized and honoured for their outstanding accomplishments.
The Chief Guest, Dr. Geetika Ahuja, graced the occasion with her presence and delivered an inspiring speech, commending the school’s dedication to nurturing the holistic development of its students.
Adding to the excitement, the UKG students presented a heartfelt skit titled “Helping Others,” beautifully conveying the importance of kindness and compassion.
The highlight of the event was the graduation ceremony, conducted in phases for each section. Adding to the celebration, LKG-A students captivated the audience with a delightful Mickey Mouse dance, dressed as Mickey and Minnie Mouse. LKG-B energized the stage with their dynamic performance of “No Name, No Face, No Number,” followed by LKG-C students charming everyone with their adorable Toca Toca dance.
The event also showcased a creative skit by LKG-D students, depicting a tug-of-war between healthy and junk food to promote awareness of good eating habits and the importance of a balanced diet.
In a heartfelt gesture, UKG students performed a special Thank You Dance, expressing their gratitude towards teachers and parents. Adding a personal touch to the celebrations, Ilham Salih, a student from UKG-B, delivered a heartfelt appreciation message.
Anchors Andrea Ann Bijo and Davis Jin Jacob captivated the audience with their poise and clarity, seamlessly guiding the event with charm and confidence.
The ceremony concluded with a grand finale, as all the participating students gathered on stage for a memorable group photograph alongside the dignitaries, Principal, Chairman, Vice Principals, and kindergarten teachers.
The Kindergarten Graduation Ceremony at Indian Learners’ Own Academy was truly a memorable event, celebrating the achievements of 135 UKG graduates and showcasing the talents of 85 students through vibrant performances, making it a proud moment for both students and parents.
