Indian Embassy issues guidelines for passport applications; effective Sept 1

The Embassy of India, Kuwait has issued a circular saying from September 1, 2025, only ICAO compliant photographs will be accepted for submission of passport applications.

The following are the guidelines as per ICAO standards to be adhered while capturing the photograph or uploading for passport services.
