ICAIKC hosts blood donation drive

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Kuwait Chapter (ICAIKC), organized a blood donation drive on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at the Kuwait Central Blood Bank, Jabriya, reaffirming its strong commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR).
With each donation capable of saving up to three lives, the event saw enthusiastic participation of ICAIKC members, their families, and Starbucks Kuwait store partners, all united in support of community health and well-being.
Over 50 participants came forward to support this noble cause, out of which around 30 were able to successfully donate blood.
The drive was inaugurated by CA Rohit Agarwal, Chairperson of ICAIKC, who underscored the importance of such humanitarian efforts and thanked all donors for their selfless contributions.
A special mention was made of the Blood Donors Kerala (BDK) team, whose continued support ensured smooth execution, and the professional staff of the Kuwait Central Blood Bank, who facilitated a safe and well-organized experience.
Nearly 30 life-saving donors were mobilized through the joint coordination of ICAIKC Camp; Starbucks Kuwait, significantly boosting the reach and impact of the event. ICAIKC extends heartfelt thanks to CA Jatin Bagaria and the organizing team for their efforts, and to Naeem Heraki, District Manager of Starbucks Kuwait, for his invaluable support. The presence of the ICAIKC advisory members further reinforced the spirit of service and solidarity.
The ICAI Kuwait Chapter sincerely thanked its annual sponsors — NBK, Al Mulla Exchange, and Cube Innovators — for their enduring support. ICAIKC also appreciated the continued media partnership of the Times Kuwait, for amplifying the impact of the initiative.
ICAIKC remains committed to organizing such meaningful initiatives that promote civic responsibility and collective care.
