ICAI Kuwait Chapter Inspires Future Finance Leaders with Chartered Accountancy Career Counselling at Indian Education School
The Executive Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Kuwait Chapter (ICAIKC) conducted a highly successful Career Counselling session on Saturday October 25, 2025 focused on the Chartered Accountancy (CA) course at Indian Education School (Bhavans).
The event aimed to provide students with valuable insights into the prestigious CA profession, its vast career prospects and the pathway to pursue this rigorous yet rewarding qualification.
The session commenced with an inspiring message from Mr. Ramachandran Menon – Chairman Bhavans Group of Institutions, followed by opening remarks from CA Rohit Agarwal, Chairperson of ICAI Kuwait Chapter.
The session was conducted by CA Sriram Gopalakrishnan, past Chairperson of ICAI Kuwait Chapter and a renowned CA professional with extensive global experience in Audit & Advisory. Throughout the session, he provided a comprehensive overview of the CA course, sharing valuable insight and perspective on the diverse roles and opportunities available to Chartered Accountants in today’s dynamic business environment. His engaging presentation and practical perspectives made the session both informative and inspiring for the participants.

During the interactive Q&A session several queries regarding the registration of the course, student eligibility and the level of academic rigour were addressed.
Recently qualified students from Kuwait – CA Anet Wilson & CA Vinodh Abhineni shared their personal journey & practical tips for successfully completing the course. Current CA Final student – Krish Neotia joined the session and shared the learnings of his academic & articled training journey.
The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, parents, and educators alike. Several Committee members from the ICAI Kuwait Chapter were present including CA Venkata Ramana Badida, CA Firoz Ali, CA Sweta Chipra, CA Ketan Puri, CA Suparna Mukherji, CA Kunjumary Ignatious and CA Grace Ajai Thomas who effectively addressed participant questions and contributed to the event’s success. Coordinated of the event was done by CA Andaleeb Girkar, Executive Committee Member, in collaboration with the management of Indian Education School (Bhavans).
