Health Ministry cancels license of dental center and two branches

Minister of Health Dr. Ahmed Al-Awadhi has issued a decision revoking the license of a dental center and two of its branches after it was proven that the license had been illegally leased to third parties.
In a press statement, the Ministry of Health said the violation involved the signing of an unlawful contract that allowed another investor to fully operate and manage the clinic in exchange for a monthly fee, in clear breach of licensing regulations, reports Al-Rai daily.
The ministry explained that the decision was based on judicially established facts and final court rulings that conclusively confirmed the violation.
The measure was taken in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 70 of 2020 and Ministerial Resolution No. 36 of 2024 regulating the licensing and operation of private health facilities.
The ministry reaffirmed its commitment to continued strict monitoring and inspection of private medical facilities to safeguard patients’ rights and ensure full compliance with professional and legal standards.
