German Embassy in Kuwait temporarily closed its doors to the public

The German Embassy in Kuwait announced today that it has closed its doors to the public in light of ongoing regional developments.

The embassy said it has suspended public access since Sunday, and added, that its visa section will remain closed until further notice.

The embassy urged German nationals in Kuwait to contact its emergency service in case of urgent situations.

A source at the embassy also confirmed that all embassy staff are currently working remotely from their homes.
