German Embassy celebrates 60 years of diplomatic relations with Kuwait

German Embassy celebrated 60 years of diplomatic relations with Kuwait with a melodious musical ensemble at the prestigious Jaber Al Ahmad Cultural Centre recently.

The ‘Jacaranda Ensemble’ comprising five accomplished musicians played to a packed hall of music lovers with some enchanting new sounds.

Ambassador of Germany H.E. Hans-Christian Freiherr in his address to the guests applauded the 60-year historical milestone of diplomatic relations between the two countries and said the year long celebrations would continue with a series of events.

The Jacaranda Ensemble, who are principal members of the Brandenburg Symphony Orchestra came together to perform an extraordinary ensemble driven by their desire to explore new sounds.

Bringing together diverse instruments from distant regions, they connect cultures through the universal language of music. The evening witnessed mesmerising sounds and melodies that resonated with people of all tastes and generations, seamlessly blending classical and jazz elements while also uniting fans of rock and folk music.
