Fresh missile strikes reported in ongoing Israeli offensive

A new wave of missile strikes appears to be underway, with loud explosions reported in Iran’s capital, Tehran, signaling an escalation in the ongoing conflict. Israeli authorities have confirmed the renewed military action, emphasizing that the targets are strictly military in nature.

This latest development follows a pattern of heightened regional tensions and comes amid growing international concern over the intensifying hostilities. While no detailed casualty reports have emerged yet, the situation remains fluid as observers await further official statements.

Latest visuals from Iran’s capital, Tehran, show a massive cloud of smoke rising towards the sky: an indication of a fresh round of missile strikes by Israel.

According to reports, loud blasts have been heard in the city. Tel Aviv has stressed that it is targeting military sites.

An AFP journalist reported seeing thick smoke rising from various directions, adding that it was not yet clear which buildings were targeted.

However, the Israeli army said it had bombed the gate of Evin Prison, north of Tehran.

Tasnim news agency quoted the spokesman for the Crisis Management Center in Qom province as saying that Israel had attacked the Fordow nuclear site again.
