French shipping group CMA CGM said on Wednesday that its ship, the San Antonio, was attacked while crossing the Strait of Hormuz, resulting in injuries to some crew members and damage to the vessel.
The company explained the crew members injured in the attack that occurred yesterday, Tuesday, have been evacuated and are receiving the necessary medical care.
The company said in a statement, “CMA CGM is closely monitoring the situation and is fully prepared to support the crew.”
