First Deputy Premier and Interior Minister Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah reaffirmed on Saturday Kuwait’s full support for the sovereign measures taken by Bahrain to safeguard its security and stability.
A ministry statement said this came during a phone call between Sheikh Fahad Al-Yusuf and his Bahraini counterpart Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al-Khalifa, where Sheikh Fahad Al-Yusuf commended efficiency of Bahraini security bodies in dealing with various security challenges.
The statement said both sides stressed the need for continued coordination and cooperation between the two sisterly countries in a manner that contributes to the area’s safety and security. – Kuna
